Victor Thompson (USAFA ‘07) is a lifestyle entrepreneur, real estate investor, and military veteran. His successful real estate investment companies focus on single family and small multi-family properties. Victor is focused on becoming a master communicator and solution provider. He’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping others exceed their potential. He believes that if you want to go far, go together. His goal is to help provide safe, clean, and affordable housing, to make his investors money, and to continue to grow his business partnerships. Prior to his real estate career, Victor graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 2007 where he played on the football team. He served as an aircraft maintenance officer based in Texas and also worked in space acquisitions out of Los Angeles where he helped lead the integration and testing of weather satellites. Before leaving corporate America in 2019, Victor started his real estate investment companies that operate primarily in Georgia and South Carolina. In the last 45 days, Victor had 10 deals come his way. Over and above his usual 4-5 deals per month, this impressive surge was a huge opportunity for growth. When Victor needed capital for 3 of those deals, the Academy Fund stepped in and loaned Victor the funds he needed to make those deals happen. Victor enjoys partnering with the Academy Fund because it’s an easy, feedback friendly process. According to Victor, the Academy Fund is interested in more than just the particulars of his deals.
