The Academy Fund continues to grow its portfolio of first lien secured loans, thanks to our growing investor base! Loans made since the Fund’s inception include single family homes (new construction and remodels), duplexes, a retail center, and land. Loans from the Academy Fund are secured by first lien positions; it provides monthly distributions ranging 8.5%-10% per year, and is available to all accredited investors.
